CYMWYSTERAU

Er y bydd rhai gweithwyr chwarae'n dechrau gweithio heb gymhwyster, bydd disgwyl i bob gweithiwr chwarae ennill un yn y pen draw.

Mae'r rhan fwyaf o gymwysterau gwaith chwarae'n galw am ddysgu trwy brofiad ymarferol mewn sefyllfa chwarae, wedi ei gyfuno â rhywfaint o waith astudio. Bydd gofyn am rywfaint o waith ysgrifenedig.

Pa lefelau o gymwysterau sydd ar gael?

Mae gwahanol lefelau o gymwysterau'n ofynnol yn ddibynnol ar natur y swydd - gweler ein tudalennau ar lefelau cymwysterau yn y rhestr ar ochr chwith y ddalen hon. Fel canllaw bras:

Mae Lefel 2 ar gyfer pobl sy'n gweithio dan oruchwyliaeth

Mae Lefel 3 ar gyfer pobl sy'n gweithio ar eu menter eu hunain, yn cynllunio a threfnu eu gwaith eu hunain ac yn goruchwylio eraill

Mae Lefel 4 ar gyfer ymarferwyr profiadol y bydd disgwyl iddynt reoli neu ddatblygu sefyllfa gymhleth neu nifer o sefyllfaoedd ar draws ardal benodol.

a careful examination of what could cause harm to people, so we can weigh up whether we have taken enough precautions or should do more to prevent harm
